Relay The Way – The Longest First Pitch In History

My daughter Layana Sariah was honored to be a part of the Relay The Way campaign to support the Kansas City MLB Urban Youth Academy. Relay The Way allowed fans the opportunity to take part in the longest First Pitch In Baseball History by throwing and catching a ball from Union Station all the way to Kauffman Stadium in a relay that will change the city forever. Not pictured in this Video Nia Lewis is the first one to throw the ball and she tosses it to Mayor Sly James who throws the ball to my daughter who then gets to throw the ball to George Brett. If you listen carefully George Brett Tells Her that she made a good throw and that she obviously has played this game before. Checkout the video below to see the start of Relay The Way.
